Support Group

Support Groups:

Bridges offers many different support groups. All support groups are gender inclusive. They are currently in-person and run between 8 and 10 weeks. These groups are designed to be a part of a larger support system like a piece of a puzzle. The groups are led by an advocate facilitator and work to foster peer support and connection while learning various terms and skills relevant to the type of group. In order to promote a sense of safety, all groups close to new members after the third week. This creates an environment where people can feel comfortable sharing and begin to grow together on their healing journey. Please scroll down to learn more about the different support group types.

Upcoming Group Cycles:
Our next Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Support Groups will begin in late March 2027. An interest form will be available on this page beginning Monday January 18, 2027. Once your form is submitted, an advocate will contact you to complete an intake and discuss next steps for participation in the group. Please feel free to contact Bridges for support before the group begins by calling our 24/7 Support Line at (603) 883-3044 or visit one of our offices:
